Picnic Party version 1.5 is here

Today we've uploaded a new version of Picnic Party. Version 1.5.

This version doesn't add any new features, but fixes a number of issues with the original game:

- The graphics on the start screen and game over screen have been fixed. The double buttons have gone.

- Exit buttons have been added to both the start screen and the game over screen.

- The bee's text font was changed to a more readable font (the original font sometimes wouldn't show the letter i). Letters also change colour as you type.

- Now if you make a mistake you don't have to repeat the entire word, you can pick up from where you left off (in version 1 if you made a mistake you would have to repeat the entire word).

- The bear has been animated. Now when you shoo away the bees he will make shooing motions.

- The word difficulty has been increased. We found that the original wordlist was far too easy so we've changed the wordlist to more challenging words. In addition the amount of honey has been reduced from five to three.

- We fixed a bug which required the wordlist to be stored in a separate folder to the main game. Now the wordlist is stored inside the main game, making installation easier.

We have some new features planned for version 2. Stay tuned.
